Returns & Refunds
We don't offer returns on equipment, Imaging supplies such as drums, parts, fusing units etc. All sales are considered final and not subject to exchange, return or refund. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any RMA concerns regarding Toner. We only sell genuine toner that is new and unused.
ALL Copier and Printer purchases will be treated as Final Sale. If indicated, warranty will be available on items where it is clearly displayed.Â
Warranty
Warranty options will only be available to customers within 150KM of Toronto.Â
Customers ordering outside of this service area acknowledge that the warranty is not applicable to their purchase. It is still our responsibility to ensure that the machine arrives to customer location in working order without damage during transport. (This does not apply if the courier is arranged by the customer or if the customer is transporting the machine by themselves).
Shipping

Shipping takes 1-3 business days from date of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if eligible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
